How-To-Use a Ring Compressor 101, and install Pistons into an Engine Block. Repeat 8 times :) Then torque down the connecting rods onto the crank.

All done ... Pistons are in, connected and torqued.

Cam & Timing Chain Installation ...

WAIT A MINUTE ... Why is the crank hard to turn over, and those pistons valve reliefs don't look right. Wouldn't you know it, the pistons are installed underside down. S.O.B!! (I felt like an complete idiot at this point)

Unbolted the connecting rods, replace the bearing (as some of them were marked from when I was turning it over). Turn Piston around and reinstall, torque.

There ... that's looks right!!

Preparing to install and bolt up the Oil Pan.
