Story

This car was first offered to my brother in-law, then to my cousin who both passed it up. Thru my dad, I found out that my neighbor was selling his Mustang which he bought used in 1989. When my neighbor bought it, it had only 14K on it. Once I found out this car was for sale, I was all over it.

Being a GM guy, my neighbor didn't think I would be interested in his mustang. I sure was!! How many bone-stock, all original 5L mustangs do you see out there today??

After I bought the car, I went thru it top to bottom. It was in need of a little bit of detailing. This car was my neighbor's baby, and unfortunately the car has sat for a few years, as he no longer drives it. There is some corrosion on the powertrain and on the underside of the vehicle, from it sitting in the garage for the past couple years.

He wanted to the car to go to a good home. Knowing how I take care of my Nova and look after it, he had no worries about selling it to me. I made him a promise that I would look after it, just like I look after my other vehicles. Sadly, my garage only holds 2 vehicles and the nova isn't going anywhere, so the Omega is back out in the driveway/parked on the street. I had plans on selling the Omega to make room for the Mustang, but the deal fell through and I still have it.

The car is an 1988 Ford Mustang LX, 5.0 Litre, Grey exterior with a red pinstrip. The interior of the car is red, and is in PERFECT condition. The car when I bought it had 58.9KMs.

There are some blotches on the hood and roof, from where it was parked. Not sure what happened or what may of been, but I can't buff it out and have yet to try and wax it out.

Plans for the future ... ABSOLUTLY NOTHING! This car will remain bone-stock, and as original as possible. Besides cleaning up some of the corrosion of the powertrain and wheels ... nothing but just cruisin' around. I've got the Nova and Omega to screw around with ...
